PEPPER, TELLICHERRY: These peppercorns are larger in size and renowned for their high quality. They are exported from the town of Tellicherry on the Malabar Coast of India. Tellicherry peppercorns are left on the vine longer so they develop a deep, rich flavor. Tellicherry Peppercorns are considered the finest pepper in the world.

INTERESTING FACT: Pepper was the spice that Europe's explorers were seeking when they accidentally found the New World on their "shortcut" to Asia. Pepper still accounts for a quarter of the world's spice trade.
