Rosemary Leaves




ROSEMARY LEAVES: Rosemary leaves (cut and sifted) are most frequently used in traditional Mediterranean Cuisine. Our leaves are short and clean. Their scent is uplifting and also used in common potpourri blends. Rosemary Leaves are best when added with vegetables, chicken, lamb, fish and soups. Also makes a great marinade.

INTERESTING FACTS: It is also known to be a mild antidepressant. Add 2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves to one cup boiling water and steep. The use of Rosemary as an herbal remedy dates back to ancient Egyptian times.
